Article preview: December 2009 IOGKF visit to Fuzhou

IOGKF World and Vice Chief Instructors, Master Morio Higaonna and Sensei Tetsuji Nakamura embarked on a trip to Fuzhou, in Southern China - Where the origins of Goju-Ryu have been traced!
 
 
The reasons for Higaonna Sensei travelling to China were three:
  1. To congratulate the Fuzhou Karate-do Association on its establishment.
  2. To discuss the details of setting Goju-Ryu into the Fuzhou Sports School.
  3. To visit local traditional Martial arts Masters.
