These professionally produced instructional videos and DVDs featuring IOGKF Chief Instructor, Morio Higaonna Sensei present the complete Goju Ryu karate syllabus from basic techniques, to kata and bunkai. When combined with his book "History of Karate - Goju Ryu" they make Okinawan Goju Ryu as practised by the IOGKF, the most thoroughly documented style of karate in the world!
